TMSS10DownloadFile will download specified file/s from the TapeTrack server.

  * ''-C'' Customer-ID for file access.
  * ''-S'' The Logon string argument sets the [[cli:server_argument|Server Logon Information]].
  * ''-f'' File name filter
  * ''-i'' Generation index (default = 1).
  * ''-L'' List files on server (default = false). 
  * ''-o'' Output file name.
  * ''-p'' Strip full path name from file.
