====== Generating a Certificate ======

Audit certificates can be generated through TapeTrack [[desktop:master|TapeMaster]] and [[desktop:lite|Lite]].

==== Generating a Certificate with TapeTrack TapeMaster ====

To generate a certificate through [[desktop:master|TapeMaster]], open the required [[master:media|media]] in the correct [[master:customer|customer]].

<note tip>User must have a minimum of [[master:user#access|read/write]] access and have the option [[master:user#options|certify]] set to true to generate certificates</note>

Right-click the required repository and select ''Generate Certificate''.

You will receive a popup confirmation, click ''OK'' to close.

To generate a certificate through [[desktop:lite|TapeTrack Lite]] follow the [[lite:function_reconciliation|Library Reconciliation]] process.

Certificates can be viewed through TapeTrack TapeMaster via the [[subsystem:certification|Certification Tab]] in the  [[master:repository_properties_window|Properties]] window.
