===== Library Health =====

The Library Health field in the [[view_volume_list|Volume List Properties Window]] displays a score out of 100, measuring the health of the selected [[object:customer|Customer's]] [[object:media|Media Type]].

==== Problems ====

The following list of items will deduct from a perfect Library Health Score:
  * One or more [[object:volume|Volumes]] have received an overdue [[common:volume_flags|Flag]] for being overdue at their Current [[object:repository|Repository]].
  * There are no [[object:volume|Volumes]] in a [[object:repository|Repository]] that is set to offsite in the [[master:repository_options|Options Tab]] of the [[master:repository_properties_window|Repository Properties Window]] or it has been a number of days since [[object:volume|Volumes]] have been sent to an offsite [[object:repository|Repository]].
  * [[master:disaster_recovery|Disaster Recovery Strategies]] are either non-existent or have not been created recently.
  * [[master:disaster_recovery|Disaster Recovery Strategies]] have errors, meaning that [[object:volume|Volumes]] necessary for a restore are not in a [[object:repository|Repository]] that is set to offsite in the [[master:repository_options|Options Tab]] of the [[master:repository_properties_window|Repository Properties]] Window.
  * [[object:volume|Volumes]] have received an  [[common:volume_flags|audit Flag]] due to a failed physical audit.
  * A sync with a Backup System has never been initiated through [[cli:tmss10sync|TapeTrack Sync]] or has not been initiated in several days.

==== Library Statistics ====

The Library Statistics display, on a per [[object:repository|Repository]] basis, the total  [[object:volume|Volumes]], number of [[object:volume|Volumes]] moving in and out, minimum of Scratch [[object:volume|Volumes]] required and the number of Scratch [[object:volume|Volumes]] present.

==== Excluding Media ====

[[object:media|Media Types]] can be excluded from Health Check Statistics through [[master:media#options tab|Media Properties Option ]] tab.
