===== Volume List Properties =====

The Volume List Properties pane displays information relevant to the Customer and Media Type being displayed in the Volume List.

The Volume List Properties Window can be set to or not to display by toggling the menu item in the ''View'' Menu.

The Volume List Properties Window is divided into four sections: Scope, List Options, Library Health, and Library Statistics.

==== Scope ====

The Scope field displays which [[object:customer|Customer]] and [[object:media|Media Type]] are currently selected and being displayed in the Inventory window.

==== List Options ====

The List Options field provides display options for the Volume List.
    * **Hide un-selected**: If set to **True**, the Volume List will only display [[object:volume|Volumes]] that are currently selected. 
    * **Date Format**: The Date Format field uses standard Date Format Codes to configure how the date is displayed in the Move Date column of the Volume List.
    * **[[element:volume_attributes|Attribute Field]]**: The Attribute Field drop-down menu changes the Attribute that is displayed in the description column in the Volume List.

==== Library Health ====

The [[master:library_health|Library Health]] field displays the current Library Health Score with a graphical depiction, description, and a report of problems. 

==== Library Statistics ====

The Library Statistics field displays the total number of [[object:volume|Volumes]] in each [[object:repository|Repository]] and how many [[object:volume|Volumes]] are moving in and out of each [[object:repository|Repository]].
