====== Volume Options ======

The Options Tab in the Volume Properties Window provides options for each Volume, including:

  * [[object:data_cluster|Data Cluster]]: Data Cluster [[object:volume|Volume]] is assigned to. \\
  * Stage 
  * Percentage Used: Percentage of [[object:volume|Volume]] capacity used.\\
  * Cartridge Generation: Generation of Cartridge (eg. LTO4, LTO6).
  * Stage 
  * Dates 
    * Birth Date: Date [[object:volume|Volume]] created in TapeTrack.
  * Occurrences 
    * Global: Amount of times [[object:volume|Volume-ID]] exists globally in all [[object:customer|Customers]].
    * Customer: Amount of times [[object:volume|Volume-ID]] exists locally in this [[object:customer|Customers]] [[object:media|Media Types]].
  * [[master:built_in_repositories#home-repository|Home Locations]] 
    * Slot: Preferred slot allocation using [[cli:tmss10slotallocation|TMSS10SlotAllocation]]
    * Repository: [[object:repository|Repository]] [[object:volume|Volume]] will be moved to when moved to Home Repository.
  * [[common:volume_flags|Flags]] (Flag assigned to Volume if value is ''true'')
    * Has Consignment: Volume is part of a consignment.
    * Has Description: Volume has a Description set.
    * Do not slot: Volume will not be automatically slotted.
    * Is a Container: Volume is registered as a Container.
    * Movement Required: Volume needs to be moved.
    * Hidden: Volume is hidden from listings.
    * Moving Internal: Volume is only moving between slots in the same Repository.
    * Simple Management: Volume will use Simple Management when moved.
    * Move Pending: Volume is pending movement to its Next Repository.
    * Overdue: Volume is overdue at its destination Repository.
    * Next Move Date exceeded: Volume has met or exceeded its Move Date.
    * Has Tag: Volume has been assigned a security tag.
    * No Slot: Volume has not been assigned a slot.
    * Move Lock: Volume cannot be moved from its Current Repository.
    * Update lock: Volume cannot be updated.
    * Off-site: Volumes Current Repository is Offsite.
    * Next Move Date is a Holiday: Move Date has been defined as a holiday.
    * Audit Failure: Volume has been flagged as failing an audit.
