====== TapeTrack Framework Server ======

The TapeTrack Framework Server is a Windows Service or Linux Daemon which provides the backend service of the TapeTrack System.

It provides the following functions:

  - Database management.
  - Communications management including compression and encryption.
  - Logging via syslogd and Windows Event Viewer (Windows only).
  - Access control and authentication with Active Directory integration and Kerberos Single Sign-On (Windows Only).
