====== System Requirements ======
===== Prerequisite Software =====
There is no prerequisite software required to install and run the TapeTrack Server software. 

You may, however, consider using the following options:

  * An enterprise scheduler to submit and track TapeTrack batch tasks.
  * The Apache Web Server (Version 2 or above) to implement the TapeTrack ODPAPI Web Service.
  * A distributed backup agent to backup the TapeTrack Database

===== Minimal Requirements =====

The requirements for the TapeTrack Framework Server are minimal, but the following minimum configuration is recommended:

  * Windows 2008 Server (or above)
  * 8GB of RAM
  * 500MB of additional storage
  * Gigabyte Ethernet
===== Virtualization Support =====

TapeTrack Framework Server runs without issue in a virtualization environment and is regularly deployed under:
