Troubleshooter: Slotting (New Setup)

Slotting is not enabled by default.

These are the steps required to enable slotting:

• Create or identify an existing User-ID for the slotting task to run under.
• Edit the Slotting.bat script located in the Scripts directory of the Framework Server Folder.
• Update the User string to reflect the User-ID that is to be used for the task.
• Schedule the script to run automatically via Windows Scheduler every 1 to 2 minutes.
• Enable the “Enable Slotting” option for the Repository that requires slotting.
• Select the “Slotting Mode” for the Repository.
• Map Zones to the Repository.
