Removing Autofill Login-ID's
When logging in to TapeTrack, a list of possible usernames, that have been used previously, is presented to facilitate a more efficient login procedure.
While this feature is convenient, if a username has been removed from TapeTrack, or an incorrect username or value has been entered by mistake the presented list of options can become cluttered with useless information. These values are computer specific and stored directly in the registry.
Remove Autofill Entries
When logging in to TapeMaster (or other desktop software) fill in your username and password. Then uncheck Save user history and click OK to login.
Log out of TapeMaster, using File > Logoff
Click Yes to the popup prompt
Log back into TapeMaster, noting the autofill list has now been removed and the Save user history has automatically been checked so future login usernames will be recalled as usual.
