Downloading the Software
32 and 64 Bit Versions
TapeTrack Sync is available for both the 32 and 64 Bit architectures.
While the 32 Bit version will run on the x64 architecture, it is recommended that if you are using an 64 Bit version of Windows that you install the 64 Bit version.
Downloading the Software
The software can be downloaded from:
Installation
Windows
The TapeTrack TapeMaster Software installs automatically via an InstallShield installer.
Click setup.exe to start the install.
AIX Linux and IBMi
The software is packaged using Redhat Package Manager (RPM). To invoke the installation simply enter the command
rpm -i tapetrack-clients-2013.3.1.rpm
File name shown is an example only. Replace with the file name of your downloaded version.
If you do not have RPM installed on your system a tar archive can be supplied on request.
