Volumes have three Attributes based on location, Current, Target and Confirmed, which are used to determine and describe its' status.

If the Current location and Target location are different, the Volume is considered to be in a Move Status from the Current location to the Target Location and a Move Flag is applied. The Volume will remain in a Move Status until it is either Confirmed at the Target location or moved back to the Current location (which results in a Warning Flag).

If all three attributes are the same the Volume is considered to not be in a move status, rather it is Confirmed at the current location.
