Status Bar
The Status Bar is displayed at the bottom of the TapeMaster Interface.
The STatus bar is composed of three components:
- Connection Information
- Licensing Information
- Free TapeTrack Support Button
Version Tracking
The Version Tracking field will display one of two messages: “Your TapeTrack TapeMaster is up-to-date” or “Your TapeTrack TapeMaster is out-of-date”. If the Status Bar displays “Your TapeTrack TapeMaster is out-of-date”, follow the Upgrading the Software guide.
Licensing Information
The Licensing Information field will display the status of your Framework Server License. If the License is listed as Not-OK, contact your TapeTrack Server Administrator.
Free TapeTrack Support
The Free TapeTrack Support field is a button that will launch a new message window in the default e-mail application, with a template e-mail for the TapeTrack Help Desk.
