By default, the Slotting Comand Line Program will free up a slot as soon as a Volume is put in a Move Status to another Repository.

Setting the NoReslot Option for a Repository will ensure that the Slot is not released until the Volume is Confirmed into the new Repository.

This option can be set using the Batch Loader key option_noreslot.
