The Status Bar is displayed at the bottom of the TapeMaster Interface and is comprised of:

• Connection Information
• Licensing Information
• Free TapeTrack Support Button

If the Status Bar displays “Your TapeTrack TapeMaster is out-of-date”, follow the Upgrading the Software guide.

The Licensing Information field will display the status of your Framework Server License. If the License is listed as Not-OK, contact your TapeTrack Server Administrator.

The Free TapeTrack Support field is a button that will launch a new message window in the default e-mail application, with a template e-mail for the TapeTrack Help Desk.
